Hers Carpentry operates as a direct-from-factory carpentry contractor
specializing in commercial and residential storage styling and built-in
furnishings across the Klang Valley. Initially operating out of our
dedicated manufacturing plant under MARA in Batu Caves, Selangor, we
have officially scaled our production assets and moved operations to
our present, expanded facility in Kajang.
With our own manufacturing facility, we deliver precision-crafted
cabinetry directly to you—eliminating middlemen and ensuring
exceptional quality control at every stage of production. Our skilled
craftsmen combine traditional woodworking expertise with technology
to create tailored space optimisation and custom solutions for both
residential and commercial clients.
From bespoke kitchen cabinetry packages and floor-to-ceiling
wardrobes to corporate office installations, every piece is built to fit

Hers Carpentry is driven by the strategic co-leadership of its founders,
Dato’ ChM. Hj. Khairul Shahril and Sartika Dewi Sahat. Combining corporate
governance with specialized industry expertise, the duo establishes the brand
as a direct-from-factory carpentry contractor specializing in commercial and
residential storage styling and built-in furnishings across the Klang Valley.
Within their leadership framework, Dato’ ChM. Hj. Khairul Shahril spearheads
business development, creative direction, and brand vision, focusing on market
growth strategies, client relationships, and shaping the modern aesthetic
identity of the brand. Complementing this, Sartika Dewi Sahat drives the
technical oversight and operational management, utilizing her extensive
background in renovation workflows to manage day-to-day manufacturing,
quality control, and factory-to-site execution
Initially operating out of its dedicated manufacturing plant under MARA in Batu
Caves, Selangor, the founders have led the company’s recent scaling and
expansion, moving production assets to their present, expanded plant in
Kajang. Under their joint management, Hers Carpentry provides end-to-end
solutions, handling everything from custom design sketching to technical
factory fabrication and final on-site installation.

company’s core mission to deliver tailored space optimization, specifically
providing custom kitchen cabinetry packages and bespoke floor-to-ceiling
